Digital gifts are delivered within 1-5 min upon successful payment. Once delivery has occurred, the transaction cannot be reversed due to platform-level processing constraints. Refunds are only available in the event of non-delivery or technical error. In rare cases where a reversal is possible, a platform-level processing fee may apply and is not retained by our store.
